Port Alberni Tall Ships

Terms and Conditions The ticket and /or wristband are issued subject to the terms and conditions of the Port Alberni Tall Ships^® Society (PATSS), a copy of which may be found at www.portalbernitallships.ca. Said terms and conditions include the following: Tickets may not be resold or transferred. A Ships/Festival wristband will allow boarding the ships(except for evening-only tickets) Attendees are cautioned that there may be long waits to board the ships and are encouraged to arrive early and to allow several hours at each site. Access to the Festival site may be restricted based on the number of people attending during peak periods. Wristbands must be placed securely on the wrist and must be tight enough that they cannot be removed unless cut. Only attendees wearing wristband will be allowed access to boarding ships. Attendees must retain their ticket or wristband for inspection. Attendees without a valid ticket or wristband may be removed from the event sites. No refunds or exchanges. No rain checks. PATSS will not be liable for stolen or counterfeit tickets or wristbands purchased through unauthorized sources and reserves the right to refuse admission. Tickets or wristbands that are lost, stolen or destroyed will not be replaced and the payment will not be refunded. Tickets or wristbands that are unreadable due to mutilation of any kind will not be accepted. Attendees may not use any images or recordings obtained by any device for any broadcast, publication or other commercial purpose nor bring into or operate on the site any equipment that is capable of transmitting or receiving radio.
